  • Orders are prepared and handed over to our delivery partners as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is between 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location.
  • Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping Conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information and contact details.
  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers are the customer's responsibility.
  • Delivery schedules may be affected during public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Jazeera Mart currently operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only.

  • Customers must pay the full order amount when the package is delivered.
  • COD service is available across most regions of Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Failure

If a customer repeatedly refuses confirmed orders without valid reasons, Jazeera Mart reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery purchases.
